Ok,lets say after you put on 20-30 lbs on lean muscle you have a bit more fat how would you cut to get rid of that, would you just decrease your calorie intake but make sure that you have a lot of protein on top of that or what would you do to ensure your muscle mass stays but you lose the fat....

Oh so you mean just cut 500 calories down from whatever weight you are at or would need to maintain your current weight but keep the diet high in protein and keep working out or no?
