It's me again the 35 yr old newbie. So I got me some supplements, designer whey, glutamine powder, some multivitamins, some weight gainer, and hydroxycut. This young guy at the gym suggests liquid creatine, I'm about 180, not fat, pot belly which over the last 9 months I managed to seriously cut in half. I heard creatine can help reduce body fat but I also heard the liquid form is a sham. Can someone give me the straight facts.

Forget liquid creatine. The "young guy" at the gym is naive'.

your subject mentions cycling. the powder works well, however if you are cycling for long periods of time, you might not want to take it, because of the dehydration issues. There is alot of info out there about creatine, but from the laundry list of supplements you gave, I would pick 1 or 2 and figure out what works for you personally rather than taking all of them. Plus what works for some in the gym doesn't work for all. Alot of it, in just my opinion of course is more of a mental thing than anything really. good luck.
