You are starving yourself. You need 1800 calories at the minimum just for basic functions.
Gradually incraese your calories and gradually increase your run-time and weight lifting. You should continue to see results.

asimmer is correct...to get your metabolism going you need to feed it. If you don't eat enough your body goes into Starvation mode and starts to store energy in the form of fat...as you can see this would be counterproductive to weight loss.
I had to learn this the same way as you. I was eating maybe 2 meals a day and gaining weight. Now I eat 6 mini-meals and along with the type of food and workout am losing 2lbs a week...which would be the target you want to shoot for to preserve muscle.

a 10 minute run is a good warm-up, but not a full workout. To benefit your heart and lungs (improve fitness level) you need to be in your target heart rate zone for 20 minutes.
Also, your body will adapt to doing the same 10 minute run. switch it up with other forms of cardio - different machines if you have access, or do jumping jacks, jump rope, run sprints, skip, make it different.

First off, congadulations on your weight loss so far..amazing! I totally agree with asimmer and sbroyhill, you need to be eating more (healthy food choices of course) and exercising more. If you continue with the low calorie intake you will likely find it difficult to maintain your current caloric intake and will gain back the weight you lost-and then some. I know it's hard to believe that eating more will help you loose more, but it is absolutely true...just have to make the right food choices! Review the list for healthy eating in the nutrition forum and increase your cardio time. Good Luck!
