I am new here and have an empty head so here I go,
I like running a lot but what I want to know is if anybody out their feels that running can build muscles anywhere other than your legs or would I be wrong in thinking this?:(

I don't believe running will build too many muscles for you... how many Arnold sized runners to you see? Great cardio, but not a muscle building exercise.

HIIT (high intense interval training) Sprinting would be more pronned to building muscle then any other running form
is HIIT cardio better then normal cardio???

running improves cardiovascular conditioning and helps you shed fat....however it does not build muscle and it will probably make you lose some....if you start losing weight....
to gain muscle you must weight train.....not necessarily with weights even....cables, bands, usign bodyweight, machiness, freeweights, all help you achieve muscle gains....

Menace is again right.....think about what you are training for. If you want to be a runner, then run. If you want a sleek toned lean muscular body, then do some cardio, but concentrate on resistance bearing exercise.
