I did an ab workout last night and i feel bloated today.
Could it be from my workout?
I know they say that muscles swell sometimes but I dont know if this is true!

Hmm, i know that afetr a hard ab workout my stomach feels like it 'hangs' out more, maybe because my abs are tired and aren't holding it in as much?
Maybe you are retaining water because of something else and it is coincidental that you worked your abs last night.
