I haven't had much time this week to hit my workouts. I am off work all day tomorrow so I was wondering if how long I should wait between workouts to still get a good workout it. I know I can't do them in a row and still get a good workout.
The bulgarians had incredible success with short, multiple training sessions. I also had success this summer as well, up until my injury. Its difficult, and I still only hit one body part per day, but I found it to be very effective, and it served as a change of routine well.
