Well, after last week's panic, I find out that I am down a pound this week. That's fine, but here's what I was happiest about...I had a little personal record on the bench press last night. I know it's not as much as some of you guys, but I was still happy with myself. I thought something was going to happen when my warm-up set felt light. Anyhow, I did 145lbs for one set of four reps and another set of three reps. I do feel it this morning, but what the heck. I want to get to 200, and I know this may seem like a slight goal to some, but it isn't to me. Thanks for reading.:dumbbell:

Small goals add up to large ones. We all had to progress through different weights to get stronger. Congratulations to you!!
