I have been trying to increase my protien intake and am using a Whey protein supplement (called "Exact" which I bought a Loblaws-in Canada). The taste is O.K, but it doesn't dissolve well at all, so I chew more than I drink--ick!! Any recommendations of a reasonably priced brand that mixes better. I use it mid-day, while at work, so I don't have access to a blender. I just want to add it to something (used 1 scoop in Choc. milk today-agian very chewy).:surprised: Any suggestions??

You need an "instantized" protein powder. Something like Optimum Nutrition for instance. There are alot of them.

Just read the supplement board with the "fruit flavoured protein" post(note the sp of flavoured--I'm Canadian eh!). This prot supp sounds better than what I'm currently using. Does anyone know if and where I can get this in Canada (syntrax Nectar--Carivan are you out there?)
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks.

Check out dpsnutrition.com. I believe they ship to Canada. They have Syntrax.
