no, he is a dragoon - look it up, a military reference, if I am not mistaken, err, sort of like a count or duke?
Cider vinegar can help balance the ph in your system, I like it as a salad dressing with flaxseed oil, salt and pepper, sometimes garlic. Do you have research to back up all of those claims? It would be good to see some facts backing up the claims. -------------- An old thought for the New Year - \'If you fall down seven times, get up eight\' What matters is that you continue on. |

Cider vinegar is all that. You can buy it in capsuel form. I found a stack of it and green tea to be really beneficial. No magic, just steady progress. ACV has been reknowned for many, many years. I could post some info to back much of this up if you like.

Thank you! Very informative. Is raw honey most likely found at the health food store? Is regular honey pasteurized, removing its healing properties?

I haven't gone to a health store to purchase the honey I have I went to the grocery store. I have found that 1 out 3 stores I went to carried it. To answer you other question "No". Regular honey is filtered and cooked. It does lose it's healing properties in the process which is really not necessary as honey doesn't need to be cooked or filtered. The only reason I can think of is that unfilter honey will not glaze up over a period of time were raw will but it would be well used by that time. About Garlic, I know how great it is for us. The problem I have been having is coming up with various recipes with garlic as an ingredient I can actually use. Ever try to get kids to eat something good for them? haha

put it in sauces over noodles - works for me anyways
my next thing to try is making the noodles themselves with it in them (with something besides white flour) -------------- Reddy All people smile in the same language |

I found it to be quite potent stacked with green tea. You can buy ACV capsules also. Very cheap and effective fat loss catalyst. Not a miracle, but with right diet and training, a good aid.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

ACV is no miracle, has been around for a long time. Simply a quality addition to a fat loss regimine.
As I mentioned, I have been using it on competition diets for years. ============ Quoting from Reddy: I don't trust anything that claims to be a miracle - they don't seem to work ============= -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |
