After 9 months off from lifting weights I recently got a gym membership, and have been working out for a week now... The problem is I am feeling very down and bad about my body because I am just so gosh darn weak. I am used to being a very strong woman, (last year I benched 175) and now I can barely do my sets with the bar. :( I know it takes time to get there - it's just taking a big toll on my self-confidence....

Getting strength back happens a lot faster than building strength in the first place. You have muscle memory, and it will kick in, soon your numbers will just be flying back up.
-------------- I have some good news! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieco!

I would be happy to bench 50 lbs at this moment :(

Just do it! It will get up there again.

175? jeez.......you make my guy friends look weak...that's a great accomplishment
Don't worry about the weight...just get into the routine again...it will be easier second time around to get stronger...just focus on form ...
