how do you calculate your body fat %?
please help me so i can keep accurate records of my progress

Usually if you go to a gym they will do it for free, it only takes a few minutes using the skin-fold test. Beware of 'online' body fat tests, or BMI, ect. they don't account for how much muscle you have...

I love www.mybodycomp.com - they do but you will need a tape measure & know your weight

The best is just a tape measure, or the site reddy referred you too. Just measure your abdomen by going around the upper part of your hips. Check it every 2 weeks to see how your doing. TYou can also spend $$ on ultrasound, or other professional tests that exist.
