What Motivates you?

And what do do you do when you feel really unmotivated? Riain -------------- Do not dispise the snake cause it has no horns for it may turn into a dragon

harvest_moon321 Posts: 85 Joined: 2004/09/17	2004/12/02, 11:33 PM Progress can motivate me, seeing my weights and reps go up. Fast music also helps to get you going. Or you could just have a fantasy about winning some great athletic award, which can make you train harder (yeah I don’t do that)
