I just started doing vacuums to help out my mid section as a suggestion from you guys. I was wondering how often and how many I should do? Do you do them everyday? How many do you do at a time and for how long? Thanks.
We could all get better from doing some more breathing exercises :) Yes, do them whenever you got a little time, start with 10secs and work your way up to 30secs.
