does the reverse barbell culr just work otu ur fore arm or does it get your bicep. each perosn tels me somehtign differnt.

I think it depends on which muscle you are focusing on... you can use them for forearms, just make sure you are lifting with the forearm.. if you use the bicep, use the bicep... I believe I've had them on my FT plan on both...

Reverse Bbell curls are primarily a fore arm exercise and secondary to the biceps. Watch out for easy injury if going to heavy.

They are great for the forearms, and hits the brachialis well.
