I was just wondering how some of your guys, if you do, alter your workouts from the winter months to the summer months. Personally I find it a damn sight easier to train/lift more weight/more reps in the winter months than I do in the summer.

In the summer I find myself weaken a lot quicker, and am unable to lift the same weight and get the same amount of reps...I also get ridiculously sweaty and it puts me off my training...thank you!

I train the same way. You might want to try drinking more water right before your summer workouts along with possibly a pre-workout meal.

In about mid summer I'll be moving into a house, so hopefully I won't die in my third floor apt.

I am just glad that summer is here cause my cardio routine gets messed up in the winter. I hate running inside on the hard cement. The shin splints keep coming back.
I also agree with Jnellie about the basement. very, very, cool and comfortable.

In the summer I usually hit a massive slump where I almost totally stop working out.. its pretty much a massive set back everytime.. but this summer i'm going to try and break it and just sleep less (I usually sleep about 9-12 hours during the summer.. its basically work-eat-sleep) and eat right (i think my diet is what usually gets me feeling so out of energy).. my program does change a lot because here I usually goto the gym (mmm right across the street.. I can't be any closer.. whoo) but at home I just have freeweights... although with a bench and two spinlock dumbells there are lots and lots of exercises I can cover...
