Okay, I did a search and found out what supersets ARE at least. But my question is how many reps are usually in a set? Maybe I don't understand the concept too well, but I couldn't find anything that explained that.

I very often do supersets when working two opposite muscle groups (like the triceps and biceps).
How many reps you do depends on what you are looking for as results. I normally keep the number of reps between 8 and 12.

I usually do as many reps. (over 6 most of the time) until failure...then move on to the next exercise.
