I have been lifting weights for about 2 years now.. I've been noticing that my muscles around the back of my shoulder blade are really poking out. But, this looks odd. Whenever i do my chest workout, these rear-shoulder blade muscles are doing most of the pushing and my chest gets less resistance.. I can seem to figure it out. Is anyone else that this problem or what can i do to correct it. Thanks!

When you are benching, keep your shoulder blades close together at all times. This forces your chest to do most of the work. You also need to experiment with your grip on the bar. Closer grip will hit the inside of your chest, while a wider grip will affect the outside regions. Vary your grip often so your pecs develop evenly.

Why not try declined bench presses.......
This should do it.

Good luck.

Try varying your grip as mentioned already. I often find it more difficult to do bench presses after changing grips. Declined bench presses will help develop your lower chest so you can try this, too.
