I will walk to work 4 days this week (didn't this morning because I was running late and it's raining).

I will do my weights 4 days this week.

I will go to power yoga once this week.

I will eat healthy.

I will enjoy the great outdoors this week.

Great goals prairiegirl- I'm sure you will do well this week!
As for myself, I know the next 24 hours will be horrible for my diet- I have to drive down to sioux falls, work overnight, then drive straight back up here so I'll be awake for the next 28 hours. The only drink that seems to keep me going is regular mt dew, which i haven't had in months but may need it in the morning. I will still go to the gym 5 days this week- tonight is my last overnight shift so back to a more normal schedule and life! Also trying something new this week- finally got a bike so i WILL be riding bike everywhere within a reasonable distance- no more of this driving 3 blocks business. Hope everyone has a good week!

My goal is to walk 3 times this week(last week was a bust) and to spend quality time this weekend with my daughter(haven't seen her in 2 months) Also, to drink more water, as I have been lacking in that department as well!!

My goals is to use my gym in my basement to cover all body parts and walk with my son 3x this week!

I will do strength training thrice this week. I will do cardio five times. I will eat at least 1600 calories daily so as not to arrest all weight loss progress.

The junk food cravings have all but stopped, and I did a full hour of cardio on Sunday just to push myself. I will see changes soon, so help me.

Wow good goals all!!! Well Relique and I are finally "settled" in at our new base so I should be back on the boards more often! The nice thing about our new base is that we have to either walk/bike/or take a taxi <which is a waste of money :) > so we both are starting to shed our "vacation padding"

Ok, goals for me. . .

I will do my work out video at least 5 times this week

I will take a bike ride everyday <kinda a given>

I will eat like I ate BEFORE vacation. . . healthy

I will finally finish unpacking my dishes. . . whooops wrong to do list :big_smile:

Well, I just wanted to have a happy moment and tell everyone that I walked for 40 minutes and 1.75 miles this morning!! I am a happy duck. Also, just wanted to invite you all to visit www.flylady.com It is truly changing my life!!

Hi all!! My Goals for this next week- starting Monday

1). I will ride my bike to work 2 days a week.

2). I will go to Yoga twice this week.

3). I will do wights 5 times this week.:dumbbell:

4). I will eat healthy.

5). I will swim 35 laps, twice this week.
