Can I tell you how much I HATE this commercial and how much I wish I could slap Dr. Seidamone or how ever you spell his name?
I think the reason I get so angry about it is that the whole format is twisted into reverse psychology, "If you only want to loose 5-10 pounds, Cortislim is NOT for you..."
I haven't tried it, so maybe it does work, in fact, I am almost sure it has some benefit but we all know that most weight loss products are just pills for the taking if you don't change your eating patterns and exercise. Just as exercise equipment has no benefit if you don't do the same and it ends up in your basement.
For once I would like to see a commercial on a regular channel, with a normal person trying to sell exercise and better eating habits. For health and just that, no pills, no plugs for membership to a gym, no selling of equipment.
Isn't there a society for healthy living or something that could run a spot on television? If I were a millionaire, I would make FT into one and we would take our message and ideals global.
K, I'm done venting now.

"If you only want to loose 5-10 pounds, Cortislim is NOT for you..."
I can't help but laugh when he says this because any amount of weight loss whether it be 5 lbs or 100 lbs is an important quest for most people needing/wanting to lose weight. I think how he goes about it is wrong though. Actually, I agree with you and think that there needs to be a campaign about getting fit and losing weight without the aid of quick fix weight loss pills. They never show people who use these products, go off of them, and gain back what they lost plus more weight. Sad!!

I haven't looked at this product, but so many of them contain the pills along with a brocure with a plan of a good diet and exercise. You must do all three attain the weight loss desired. I think the pill itself is probably more of a joke than anything. You could follow the diet, exercise as directed and loose weight without buying the pill. Just my 2 cents.

I agree with you all and it is so hard for some to resist buying and buying, a co-worker up north would buy every kind of new diet pill and try all those fad diets, it was so sad and let me tell you, her moods were all over the place when this was going on, but she absolutely refused to eat healthy or exercise! I'm sure she is still buying!
I seriously want to throw something at the television when I see these ads!
I like your idea, dfly411, serious health programs, now and then I see them on television, but not as a series -- FT would kick @$$!

That commercial is on right now!! They mention it is the "thinking persons weight loss system", and make cortislim the centerpiece of your weightloss program. Looking at the ingredients in this, I see absolutely nothing that will actually counteract cortisol!
Hhhhmmmm...with sensible dieting and exercise...can it be the diet and exercise is what really does it? They covered their bases well with this, with phrases like "no diet pill will render diet and exercise obsolete". Wonder why!!
