I was just mucking around with a couple of weightloss calculators I found in another site, seeing what my blood pressure indicates and all sorts of other things. I had to take my measurements for a couple of them and after I finished I was sitting there thinking. (Hurt, yes.) Im not used to doing my measurements in inches and was wondering what the conversion was, so I pulled up my calculator and had a look.
I then went to my spreadsheet to find out what my measurements were when I started. I took them but forgot about them pretty quickly. First measurements were taken on the 02/18/04, and last today. I've lost a total of... wait for it... 28 inches in 4 months!!! 6.8" from my waist, 4.3 from my chest, 4.5 from my hips and 3.8 from my abs. Other negligable losses from other parts like thigh, upper arms, calf and neck. Im so very happy!
Woohooooo!

That is wonderful, Donna! You must be thrilled, that is such a motivational moment, isn't it! It is so hard to think about sluffing off when you see it working! That is just awesome!:dumbbell:

Certainly is Veda,
It's fantastic when you can acually see what's happening. Funny thing is I've only lost 3kg, or 6.6lb. Must be something happening under the skin.

Thanks guys,
Asimmer, I thought I was doing that, it feels good to know Im doing it the "right" way. At least Im not losing water, Im actually losing fat!
Prairiegirl, I've only dropped two sizes (only!) Im not sure if Aussie sizes are the same as American, but I've gone from a 24 to a 20. I have no idea how I fit into some of my clothes now, Im sure they must have been cutting me in half.
Thanks Tim

HI Donna,
I am in my second week and I hope to make the same progress that you have. Great job. I also wanted to tell you that I loved Australia when I was there 6 years ago. I know that the sizes are different but I don't remember how differance. Keep up with the great work...

Hey DeeTee - your sizes in Australia are the same as ours here in Canada by the looks of it. Great job on getting to a size 20. I'm at about 24/22 now. Can't wait until the first number isn't a 2!!!!

Hi mbrobst,
Thanks for the encouragement! It's so much easier to keep the good work going when you can see the tape going down. Australia is a beautiful place, Im very lucky to be here. Where abouts did you visit when you came over?
Thanks prairiegirl! Im the same as you, I can't wait until I can get down into the teens. It's a wonderful feeling when you can buy something a bit smaller.
