Is there a pill that helps you quit drinking caffeine? To tell the truth, I drink about 2 sodas a day and maybe one at night sometimes.

no dice wc85. try taking a heavy dose of will power and a lot of water. i did this 7 1/2 years ago and haven't had a soda since. honestly i don't know what they taste like anymore and probably wouldn't like them.

after a couple years without pop, it almost makes me sick to drink it now.
I just replaced it with water. There's not much else you can do.

I had/have the same difficulty. I have been filling up of water as howdiekat mentions (welcome back, howdiekat!) and have bought some different sodas that are caffiene free to see which I might like best when in a pinch. I like Cherry Cola so far, I'm still working it out. I first started by cutting back to one a day, then I went to drinking water instead of grabbing that one a day and drank one about every 2-3 days and now I am at about one a week, if that, and hopefully I will grab a diet instead should I have the need. Sometimes working slowly than cold turkey works and for others it's just better to cut the cord immediately. Whatever seems to help you! Good luck, that is one many of us have trouble with.
