I keep reading that you refer people to go to BB1 to get info. Where is that? I have another question...should I always be sore the next day after a workout? If I am not, does that mean that I did not get a good work out?

bb1 is one of the moderators on this site... lots of great info and help... and you don't have to be sore the next day to have had a great workout...

Hi, this is a often asked question, as Tim said, nope. If you warm up before and cool down after, you will not have a build up of the lactic acids that cause undue soreness usually the next morning. Take the time to stretch, that should help.

Yea, it doesn't mean that you didn't have a good workout, but when the soreness is there, it usually means that you did have a good workout. Does that make sense?
