Well I had to go in to the doctor to get a Full work up.. EKG, Chest x-ray, blood work, pulmanary, uhh turn and cough... the works took 3 hours. I needed it as a final step to get into the FBI academy..
Anyway.. The doctor looked at me when I took of my shirt and asked If I worked out a lot. I told him 6 days a week. He then told me I was OVERDEVELOPED... He told me to do more cardio.. I said I run 5 miles a day.. He then said I looks good Now but give it a few years.. (what does that mean?) anyway being told I am overdeveloped made my day... and I passed the Physical tests...
Just thought I would share that with you guys

What that meant was yet again another medical proffesional that has no clue to muscle building. He was refering to the myth that if you stop working out your msucles turn into fat...again a physcial impossiblity...fat and muscle are two completely different tissues. You can and most liekly get flabby if you stop lifting but only if you stop! LOL

I had a back specialist tell me I ought to consider losing weight when I had a back problem. I carry about 10% bf - he was a blob. When the Physical Therapist read the doctor's report, she looked at me (I resisted the temptation to flex) and said laughing "you lose weight? No way."
I found my decided on a doctor a few years ago when he asked me about my eating habits and made nutrician recommendations - in addition to a good check up - He was the one who seemed to understand the concept of maintaining health, not treating disease.

What??? Their muscle didn't turn to fat, the may have lost muscle tone and gained some fat, which would be expected if
a) you quit doing juice
b) you quit lifting heavy and your body no longer saw the need for so much muscle
c) you still eat more than normal because you are acustomed to feeding a gigantic muscular physique.
That said - i think Arnold looked great for T#, especially considering his age, and I haven't seen Stallone for a while, but as far as I can recall, he is still no lsouch.

He was not that big... however he was older... And as for Arnold and stallone.. juicing has that effect latter in life. muscles get way bigger that they are suppose to be naturally, streaches the skin and tendons so when the muscles decrease in size they dont "Fit" int the natural locations. However I am only 25 so that is a long way off. and I like my size right now I am not HUGE but not small either... It is great being a mesomorph..

I agree with asimmer. Arnold still looks good for his age. I see him all the time in those suits, and his shoulders still look big. If my shoulders look that big when I'm his age I'll be happy.
