its a major part of most powerlifter's routines, even if its only a warm up or cool down.
Whats your favorite type of dino training, and what do you use it for?

I do not do true Dino but a mix of my own. I have a lot of cement bricks that I lift and carry as well as other heavy objects for lifts and or presses.....it is fun!

thats something ive never heard of that I will have to try. Ive heard nothing but good about the farmers walk as a functional excercise, but thats something I will have to try.
