in 30 minute sessions I can pound out bench flat incline and decline. Also I can hit lat pull 1 arm row and flat row. The other day squats leg raises calf raises and glut ham work.

Figure a minute a set - 3 sets of each superset - it should be just about 30 minutes, depending on how fast you move to set-up the next exercise group. You don't stop moving, you bench and immediatley pull-down, you repeat for 2 more sets. You do incline presses, get up, set yourself on the bench and do rows. As long as you keep moving, you should be able to get a good workout in 30 minutes.

Timmstar - what do you want tpo preexhasut? Do you mean bench to dips to triceps pushdowns, that type of preexhaustion?

I don't think you will benefit from isolating forst, but if you want to try it... do triceps psuhdowns, then dips, then db bench press - is that what you are looking for? Or triceps pushdowns to db presses to biceps curls to one arm rows to seated db overhead presses. How is that for a compound superset? Or am I using the terminology incorrectly? would a compound superset be chest press to flyes to decline cable crossovers? (don't make me get my books out and look up terms....

For goodness sake - get in there and demolish a muscle group, would ya?

ah asimmer? lol why would you need to get your book and look up "terms" ? if i came across rude or something then i appologize... by the way u r talking as if i was rude? so ok.., thanks also for those supersets :) and yes i read pre exhaust supersetting was tireing the muscle with an isolated muscle first then hittin it after youve tired it with compound movement so if im wrong it doesnt really make me sleep anyless thanks by theway for info:)

No, you didn't come across as rude, sorry if I did:surprised:
I just mean that it can get confusing - compound supersets, supersets, preexhaustion supersets, giant sets, pyramid sets - so many terms and if you ask five diferent people you will get various answers. I don't think it makes sense to work triceps and then chest because your triceps being fatigued will mean you cannot do as much weight for your chest.

I am not trying to be rude - just thionk you don't need to overthink these things - get in, work out, get results, switch it up.

Girls, please! You're both pretty!

Timmmstar - no name calling....

Andrew, you are right, 1/2 hour of abs would be a waste of time. I don't find that comment discouraging or insulting or arguementative, just stating a plain fact.

While abs should not be a main focus, they are still very important. They should never be ignored
