WEll I did my very first "dino" training day. While this was not a true dino training in the strictest sense, I did lift heavy odd, awkward items (see journal). Let me tell you doing the bucket lift with loose cement pavers is a hell of a lot harder than doing upright rows witha barbell! I plan to hit day two tomorrow night. I will keep this in my jorunal here for all to read and actually hope to get a few pics posted.

Mutt way to go!! you can buy a tow strap at wally world and pull the car around also.
