Breakfast-Bowl of cereal (total protein) or a bagel w/ a protein bar-(no time to make/eat a huge breakfast so I get something on the go)
Snack 1-Protein bar
Lunch-Steak or chicken salad
Snack 2-Protein bar
Dinner-Steak or chicken it varies but usually one or the other
Snack 3-Post workout protein shake
I realize I am not eating alot of solid foods like for breakfast but starting school and working 30-40 hours a week hardly have anytime to eat better but how is that? Not to bad I dont think....

How much protein are you getting at breakfast?
What are you currently trying to do? Lose fat? Up your carbs at lunch with grains and vegetables.
Can you replace at least one of the protein bars with whole food?
Dinner should have some veggies, maybe a sweet potato,.
What time is your post-workout shake? And what time is bedtime?

I have a ton of lettuce/tomato/carrots/green peppers with the salad...Or I will just put some lettuce in a bowl or pick up some baby carrots and a green pepper and eat away as a snack!.....
Im getting around 20-30 grams of protein for breakfast
Id like to shed some of the body fat but at the same time gain muscle....
Replacing it with a whole food would be a long shot considering im at the school from 7:30-1:30
My post workout shake is usually around 6:30 and bedtime varies between 9-11 depending on the night....11 being weekends and 9 on weekdays.

Fit in a pre-bed snack or shake, i would say. Otherwise if you are eating all the veggies you can and you are getting results, then go for it...
