8 hours of sleep should be plenty for most, I would be curious about the quality of sleep you are getting - are you waking up several times at night? I recently began taking ZMA and my quality of sleep seems to have improved. Just my 2 cents.

Are you getting any caffeine? or something else that might be messing with you sleep? You might want to go over your diet & see if something there might make a differents

goldengloves I used to wake up with a terrible upset stomach very often. Before you drink your orange juice which is adding acid to an already upset stomach, try munching a saltine cracker and maybe sipping a cup of hot, green tea. I think you will find this settles your stomach so that you can eat a more substantial breakfast without throwing up. This worked for me and I hope this suggestion helps you, that's a rotten way to start the day.

GG try a half cup of cottage cheese at bed time. I add almonds or sunflower seeds for flaver. Its high in protien has good fats and digests very slowly. See what happens.

If this problem is recent and doesn't clear up, go to the DR.

Have you ever been checked out for Sleep Apnea?
http://www.sleepapnea.org/geninfo.html#defined

I would fall asleep driving to work in the car. You are tired all the time. The wife would tell me I would stop breathing for 15 to 20 seconds at a time while I was sleeping. Your body is then shocked into wakeing you up but you do not wake up compleatly. Sorry this is the best way I can explain it. The point is you don't get into rem sleep. The deep sleep the body needs. This process continues all night so you don't get the sleep you need. You also don't realise it is happening. My little machine has lasted for 5 years, if you have apnea and you get a machine you will notice a diffrence in two days.
