...I earned my protien shake... on the weekend I did my workout from this site... admittedly, it was half-a$$ed and I wasn't completely into it... I had a stiff neck, was tired, worked all day, last thing I wanted to do was exercise... blah, still, I had my shake...

Today, all day, I mentally prepared myself for a workout... I was going to "lift heavy and become strong like bull":dumbbell: (I quote Mutt)... so I did... a few exercises I reached failure and wondered why people do this to themselves.... but I knew what I was doing was a good thing...

And boy, did that shake ever taste good after....!:)

That is one great feeling when we work out and prepare mentally. It really helps.
I always do a mental workout the night before, and also the same day, it really gets me their.
And yes that shake at the end, is like my reward.
Keep up the great work.
