Just wanted to know if you could let me know of any program my sister should follow in order to lose wieght and tone up, she wants to be more fit as she is heavy into her netball!! what sort of cardio, wieghts and how many times a week??? and for how long?? what on what days?? etc etc,
muso - how about getting her to try one of the programs FT has to offer? She could get one designed specifically for her fitness goals.

Why not choose one of the programs here on FT, and print it out for her? The definition and weight loss program would probably be a good one. Then you can post it, or tell us more of her needs, and it can be tweaked if necessary to fit her.
