Monday: Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Tri's/Bi's
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

I have tried other splits but this one working basically one body part a day seems to work best for me.

Oorah, Detox.

I'm a little limited in what I can do due to my disability, but this workout serves me quite well and keeps me from desolving into a nasty.

Monday: Cardio on recumbent bike for an hour or so preceded by a good warm up and lots of stretching and followed by even more stretching. Then I do some fundamental techniques training (Shorin Ryu Karate) in the evening followed by even more stretching.

Tuesday: About two hours of total body PT (calisthenics) with stretching interspersed throughout.

Wednesday: Down time

Thursday: Recumbent bike same as Monday.

Friday: PT same as Tuesday.

Saturday: Recumbent bike interval training and burn-out PT till I puke (Its a Marine thing), usually about four hours.

Not very exciting I'll admit, but it keeps me in shape. I'd like to get back in the pool, but with college and a four year old daughter I just don't have time.

Semper Fi and Anchors Aweigh, brothers and sisters!
