I concur Charlie - Not only have the moderators assisted me many times, they have helped ignite a greater desire to achieve bigger gains, an insight into nutrition, plus fine tune what I already knew in regards to various weight training methods. And in this quest for more knowledge I have found my motivation greater than it ever was, as I now have more tools to work with and I view working out almost like a science rather than just a method to stay fit.
So hats off from me too :) A round of protein shakes all round!

Glad to be of help to folks, I really do enjoy it, it is a passion of mine. The "pay" sure sucks(in case any were wondering, there is no pay)...LOL...but that is not what I do it for. I do it for love of helping folks achieve better all around health and hopefully a great body to go with it. It really is a passion of mine to help folks, it has been a lifestyle for me for many years, and it is in my nature. Nothing makes me feel better than to get a compliment from someone saying I have helped them achieve/reach their goals. Thanks....nice to feel helpful.

I have to agree 110%. About 1 year ago, I came to this site without knowing anything. Now with posting my questions and reading other posts, I now know very little which is a huge step up for me. Everytime I have posted, I get a quick and informative answer. It is also so important that although they answer the same questions several times, never has a question been answered in a condescending manner or tone. That means alot to me. Congrats... and for your trouble BB1fit ...... DOUBLE YOUR PAY

My hat is off too. My life is so much better since finding this site. I had been struggling with my programs for 2 years prior and felt very discouraged and disappointed. The info and advice here made everything so clear to me. I could see what I had been doing wrong and what i needed to do. In the last 10 months, with the help of this site, I am down 16 pounds, 2 pant sizes and more inches than I can count. And the moral support from FT cannot be measured. Thanks to all.

Agree...I thought I knew enough, but that is never the case. I salute all of you, in particular BB1FIT. His philosophies have completely changed the way I lift and look at fitness. I know the 'pay' sucks, but your pay-off is my satisfaction with my overall fitness goals. You've made a big impact. Thank you sir.
-------------- May the lift be with you.
