Most important meal of the day. I just dont have the time in my favor some days to fix a full and complete breakfast anyone got any recommendations?

myoplex or myoplex deluxe.... or some frozen strawberries/blueberries, a tablespoon of flax oil, 2 scoops vanilla isopure perfect , blend and drink !!!

I like myoplex vanilla cream and Matrix Lean Mass cinamon oatmeal.

I've tried other but these are the ones that actually taste halfway decent.

I was definately myoplex fan, until I decided to omit dairy from my diet
