I think... I'm back!!!

I am FINALLY recovering from my massive full system breakdown and had my first day at the gym yesterday!!! I had a few trial runs at home first so I thought I could jump in head first.

So if anyone remembers me, YAY! I'm happy to be here! Welcome back, me!

Hey, thanks everyone! Robert, I feel pretty good, just the left shoulder bothering me some but I think I just have a lot of adhesions that are still tearing loose. The joint feels stable and working out doesn't seem to make it hurt more... so that's a good sign, right? ;)

I started having joint problems July 4th, but I tapered off so I can't say for sure how long it's been - I know I haven't done anything since the middle of October but until then I was trying various things. Anyway, it's been a long time.

I would love to join the Mutt challenge but I'm afraid to do too much too soon. Maybe I'll be up for the next challenge. :)

Welcome back Jessica. I have been wondering where you and Andrea had disappeared to and here you both show up in the same week. Glad to have you back.
