i noticed the other day when i put in some pants of mine they felt tight, and when i meassured my waist its was 11/2 in bigger, i'm about the same weight as i always have been whats the deal? i been latly really working on my abbs muscles, i do use a lil weight when i do them is this making my waist bigger? do i need to post my ab work out?

are you doing anything to get the fat off the top? I found the same thing when I started working my abs - I got the muscle bigger but I wasn't losing the fat that is covering them up

My guess would be it is not the abs, it is what lies beneath or on top. Check your diet.

i think i'm ok , it was the "e xtra" hoilday crap i ate lol, i'm now back down to my orginal waist and weight size, bhut i am gonna try and bust my butt and do some running at night after dinner, at least a 1/2 mile btu its so hard to get in that routine ahhhhhhh lol i hate cardio!!!!!

Be careful on the cardio, you don't want to lose all that muscle that you worked so hard to get.

It could be the way that you are doing your ab exercises because a trainer at my gym says that if you don't breath right you are actually training your abs to stick out and therefore be rounded.

inahle on the wat down exhale on the contraction thats what ur soposed to do so thats what i do
