For those of you celebrating, Merry Christmas or Happy Hannuka(spelling). Neither? Then have a good holiday and please be safe. Remember, this is the time of year where we may put on a few pounds of unwanted fat, but thats what New Years resolutions are for.

Yo (HO) JDelts!

Put on unwanted fat? Not me (nose grows). Why even now, I'm sitting here on Christmas eve, sipping a low-carb whey nog with Mrs. TSMD (nose grows longer), waiting for my youngest (of 3) to fall asleep so I can quietly tote 27 tons (and roughly $7,000,000 worth) of toys from the attic down 2 flights of stairs (doing isometric ab contractions the whole time, I assure you). You see, I'd like to look like Mr. Stiener, too (remember reading that elsewhere on FT). Unfortunately, I don't think I have his willpower. Nor do I think his body can be attributed solely to whey-nog and isometrics ab flexes. Oh well. I'm tired, delerious, and want desperately for this evening to be over. And I was terribly bad today, nutrition wise. But thanks for the well wishes and positive outlook! Right back at ya, guy!

LOL, carivan, and very true. Maybe after I come back on line in a few days (got the relatives in town), I'll post what I made for our dinner; or maybe I won't - everyone on here will gain a pound or two just reading the discription. Two words: Italian family! And Dittos, jdelts, to everyone!

All the best to you and your families over the holidays. Gee! talk about needing to add a couple more workouts after all the dinner functions attended.
