Three quick questions please.

Why do we need to only go up to 70% of our heart-rate when doing cardio, to burn fat, and not 100%? I have so much energy and find it hard to slow my heartrate down.

I know we need to let out muscles rest after weight training. I am aiming to be super-toned, is one day rest enough, or would I become too big? I was told once at a gym that I have the body-type that would build muscles fast if I wasn't careful.

I know that one of the previous topics mentioned how to add your own foods into your 'food-list' as long as we have the nutritional info. I cannot for the life of me find that topic again. How would I do that again?

Who says we do 70% to burn fat? There really is no "fat burning zone". Popular somewhat myth. Your body does not care what substrate it uses(fuel) for energy expenditure on cardio. It will use whatever is available. Supplementation is critical to spare lean mass.

Got to smile at your second question. Muscle growth is a factor of testosterone, and you being a woman you have very limited amounts unless you have "help". (drugs).

You don't want to go to 100% because you will wear out your heart, it is a muscle and needs gradually increased workloads (or intervals) but you can't keep it racing on max for longer than 2-3 minutes at a time. You only get one, don't wear it out.

If you are fortunate enough to build muscle that easily, you may want to consider bodybuilding. However, most women, even genetically gifted ones, struggle to put on muscle. Many women think they are bulking up, when in reality they are firming up , but not losing the fat within and around their muscles, which will make it look bulky.
When I dieted down for my show, my family said it was so odd because on stage my muscles looked really big, but up close i had become so small. Once you strip away the fat you are left with that 'toned' look, maybe more if you are lucky, but bodybuilders are smaller than they look. Even the biggest girls I know don't look 'bulky' when they are down to their competition weight.

Go to your nutrtion section, click on add/modify custom foods, follow the link to add custom foods and fill out the mrtrition info. i have found that if you don't fill info in just right it erases and you have to redo it, but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy and very use ful.

Even in your quest for being 'super-toned' you need to let your muscles rest inbetween sessions. Otherwise you will become 'super-chronically overtrained' and you won't get results.
