Ok I just took pics of myself and I never really noticed but I have alot of fat in the stomach/chest area. I do the normal exercises like Bench press/Dumbell flyes/Situps and all of that should I add some cardio into the mix as well then to shed the extra fat? Like on my off days do about 15-30 minutes of cardio?

Also I have one of those exercise bikes where the arms move as you peddle back and forth. Would that work or should I go and do some running?

Some cardio would help to create a calorie deficit. this is essential to burn fat. You can never tap into your fat stores without a calorie deficit. This will burn fat. Keep your protein high, good clean diet. The lower chest and stomach is common places for the male to store fat. Please fill in your profile, we can assist you better. I am assuming you are male.

Yes it can be difficult to always find a snack with a lot of proteins (and the best choice is always to bring with you a protein shake and bars) but you can always order a burger and throw away the bun....

So, is it okay for women, trying to loose, to drink protein shakes? Or is that for men only?
