My newest update is 230 pounds lost, I posted before and now pics hopefully they will be working soon. So how are all of you?

thanks guys, work is keeping me busy but Im still hitting that gym 5 times a week, 4 if I get too busy :) But Im now at 235 loss and I have 50 more pounds to goal, to have my skin surgery lol to repair the damage to skin stretchage? is that even a word? lol I feel great and Im still so happy to have found this website, it is really my trainer. When are you considered not to be a beginner anymore lol? Thanks for your support Have a great day!
