I got to start fasting in 20+ days and i was wondering how can i keep in shape. The only time i can eat is an average of after 5pm. Does anyone have any advise on how i can work around this and keep in shape.?

Try and get in lean protein and complex carbs every three hours starting at 5pm and continueing until before you go to sleep (I am guessing you have a midnight meal), Make the last meal before you sleep one containing milk and a casein-based protein powder.
Fasting is very hard on your lean tissue mass, can you consume liquid proteins and carbs? Does that count as food?

can you work out in the evening, when you have some fuel in your system and then you could have a good meal after your workout to replenish and try to ward off muscle loss.
How many days is the fast (is it Ramadan?) I had a client who was observing Ramadan and she would get dizzy during her sessions becasue she just didn't have any fuel in her system and her blood sugar was low. But if you worked out at night, after having a light meal at 5pm, you might not have a problem.

You must be Muslum? I would opt to work out either early in the morning when you can "fuel" a workout a bit, or after 5, when you can fuel and recover a bit. You will most likely be really tired in the evening though. I would do moderate weights at best, nothing extremely heavy, and try to maintain a decent diet before and after fasting. What about on the weekends, do you fast then too? What you do is very tough, and good luck to you and best of health.

Last Ramadan what I did was after breaking fast I rested for two hours and then did my workout. I would eat 3 times after my workout.
