and what do u look for when u look at the label to see which 1 is best

Look for cold pressed, hexane free CLA. That means it has not been damaged by heat processing, which causes rancidity. Also keep an eye on its freshness date.
Look on the label for fillers in the ingredients and avoid those, it should be pretty much just the CLA and the capsule, no extra starches, stuff like that.
As far as brands, I don't know who has the highest quality. Kaizen is supposed to be high quality supplements, and I use a lot of EAS product, because I like the company and the magazine.

Tonalin is where all the research on CLA was conducted. Made with pure safflower oil. I would opt for tonalin. Go to their website and take a look.

I've noticed a couple different brands say there CLA is TONALIN. That was confusing to me at first.
