My body weight for my height is very high. Although I do have quite a bit of muscle..(and fat)it really gets me down. According to some charts I have seen I should weigh like 135. I weigh 199. I know that I do need to lose bodyfat, but 65 pounds seems like an aweful lot of weight for me to loose. If I were to weigh 135 I think that I would look waif-ish. Do I just need a reality check or do these body weight charts depend on the particular body?

These charts do not take muscle into account. They are set up for the average sedentary person. Muscle is very dense and therefore weighs more than fat. They do not take this into account. You are exactly right.

The more muscle you have the more you will weigh.Change your goal from a number on the scale to a particular waist measurement or pant size and aim for that without worrying about pounds.
