Can anybody tell me whether I should go by the amount of skips done or try and go by the time endured? (e.g try and skip for a couple of minutes instead of counting 250 skips)
And could anybody tell me if skipping works any other parts of the body apart from the legs?
I would say go by time and exertion. Mostly skipping works your legs, but you could get your arms going with it, and focus on controlling things with your core...
