hey.. im new here. i am 5'11 and weight 170pnds.. ive been workin out for quite a while and have noticed a big chage in my body since then. im very ripped, i jus wanna keep my ripped bocy just get the muscles bigger. i tried that no2, i didnt notice anything, but all my freinds said they did bit time. They told me i wasnt drinking enough water with it to becoem noticable, could that be true? well anyways, i wanted to do creatine to give me an extra boost, any suggestions? what creatine is the best to use, because there are soo many brands out there. i want to gain but i dont wanna lose my 6pack, im afraid if i gain it might just be water weight and my abs will get that xtra skin around them.. anybody have any suggestions. thanks

Forget the NO2...creatine will help. Anything with the Creapure logo on it seems to be the consensus on this board. Universal makes one. It will enhance the weight you can use, which should lead to increased mass due to greater overload. (Providing your diet is adequate). The water weight you will gain is in the muscle fiber. You will not lose your six pack. Drink plenty of water.

To be able to put on muscle mass your body needs a little bit of fat (that's what we call to bulk).
Don't be afraid of gaining a little fat since you'll be gaining a lot of muscle as well (and the next time you'll cut, you'll look so much better! ;o)
Go for pure creatine monohydrate.
