I would like to know since I'm like 40 lbs. overweight how many days should I work out at home to lose it by December or January? I don't have access to a gym and have a 1 year old to take care of.
Please fill in your profile so we can help you more. What is your level of fitness now? I am assuming you are female? What do you have access to at home? One thing you should invest in, very cheap, is a swiss ball. You can get one at wal mart, and they come with a nice exercise chart of things to follow.
