I finally beat my PR on bench. I hadn't tried in a while, but this morning I finally put up 360! That was a great thing to start the day. It was also the first day back to school for students (I'm a teacher so its a big deal), so I was in a great mood when they got to class today. My goal is still 380 by the end of this year. Work in progress.....

Excellent work! Now all you have to do is to keep upping your bench every week so you are always in a good mood for your students. You should be up to about 950 for reps by the end of the school year! LOL!

Thanks for the kind words. I've been doing my strength/power routine again for 4-5 weeks now and that makes all the difference. I took some time off of heavy training for a while to work on mass and that's all my body needed. Changing your routine really does work (I knew that but others seem to have a hard time with change). My gains seem to be incredible this time around. Next week: squats!!!

By the way, this is all without any crazy supplements. Creatine, glutamine, and a multi twice a day. That's all. No whey protein (all out and no cash), just a sick amount of food and water. Hopefully I can be an example to those looking to have awesome gains and getting suckered into buying ridiculous supplements that don't work. Save your money and train HEAVY!!!
