I'm trying to increase my protein intake and was wondering what are good ideas for healthy proteins during breakfast? BEcause I heard that it was good to have protein early since your body hasn't eaten for likk ten hours.
Having a whey shake is not a bad idea, you want something fairly quickly. I like to mix some whey in my oatmeal. And have eggwhites which are fairly quick digesting, and cottage cheese which is slower, or the other 2 that RW mentioned.
