Not sure why the bump for KA, but OK. We have a different mindset on the DL. Since I like you I will leave it at that.

I've never done deadlifts but my new program calls for them I'll be joining in soon! :)

Today I set a personal record of 250x8 (all the weight I have); but then I posted a video of my deadlift on a bodybuilding web site to make sure my form is okay (i've been having lower back pain) and found out that I've been deadlifting with very poor form.

ah well, back to the basics.
