Hi guys.
Was wondering if u could help!?... i do quite alot of cardio (6-8 hours per week). I have just recently started weight training.
Problem: How do i keep up my cardio rate, but also gain muscle at the same time?

I believe that it is possible to build muscle while doing cardio, but at a much slower and smaller rate. I think that depending on what and how much you eat and you ability to gain mass you may have to stop that level of cardio. Just my 2 cents but to really gain muscle you need to one the cardio down.

Actually that depends on HOW MUCH muscle mass you are looking for...... You can get nicely toned and fit with all the cardio and weight training (be sure of eating enough) but then if you want to join the really big guys' club then you'll need to sacrifice some of your cardio for heavier weight training and more recuperation time.
