Well I am recently trying the atkins diet and I want to know if it will help me at all? Also it is frustrating not knowing what diet to be on or what exactly should I be eatin. I work out for about an hour. 28 minutes in cardio and the rest in tonening. I really need motivation can any one help me?

I know a few people who have lost a lot of weight through Atkins. I've also lost weight on a variation. However, I wouldn't recommend it long term. The plus for me was it made me realise where i was going wrong in my diet. Carbs are part of a healthy balanced diet.
As for motivation everyone is different. I don't feel happy with my fitness level or my shape as it is. That's my motivation. You just got to focus on yours.
All the best.

All dieting is difficult and no golden rules out there since everybody is different.
Take a read around in the Freetrainer forums and you'll see lots of great informative letters.
Know what you really want and work your way to your goal.

Good luck!

Whatever diet you chose consistency is the key! Stick with it for a sensible amount of time then change it up a bit so your body doesn't adapt anbecome accustomed to it. Reaaly the best approach is a well balanced plan without eliminating anything (think portion sizes and moderation)
Good luck!
